Hey there!  I’m Sherry, the silver mermaid living my best island life on the North Carolina coast. Things are simple here by the sea—treasure hunting on the shore, chasing beautiful sunsets, hiking, watching wildlife, and rolling in my Jeep Lua on adventures exploring the island, discovering a country road to off-road and nearby national parks. My favorite is spending time with my fam, and loving life with my three kids, seven grandkids, and my partner.

Over 7 years ago, I started a wild journey on social media that led me to becoming a wellness coach, aromatherapist, UGC creator, and a voice for midlife women. I’m all about helping women embrace their journey with authenticity, confidence, and natural solutions. Whether it’s clean eating, getting out in nature, exercise that you enjoy, essential oils, or living that plant-based lifestyle—I’m here for it. Let’s keep things real, simple, and full of freedom.
